Rinnai Air Installer Cashback Promotion
TERMS & CONDITIONS- Information on how to claim the cashback will form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The cashback promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:
- are qualified air conditioning installers and hold a valid installer license (each an “Eligible Claimant”) and
- reside in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory
- For clarity, this includes any of the following:
- Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians;
- Licensed Electricians;
- Licensed Plumbers; and
- Licensed Ducted Air Conditioning Installers.
- Purchase Period commences on at 9:00am (AEST) on 1/06/2025 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/07/2025.
- Claim Period commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 1/06/2025 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/08/2025.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below), Rinnai account holders, builders, developers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim a cashback. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- A participating store is any Rinnai wholesaler located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays advertising material relating to this promotion during the Purchase Period (each a “Participating Store”).
- The Eligible Claimant must, during the Purchase Period, purchase any Rinnai Split System (J Series, T Series, PB Series, CJ Series or CJ1 Series), Rinnai Multi-Split System or Rinnai Ducted Air Conditioner as listed in Annexure A (each an “Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Purchase”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to a claimant for their Qualifying Purchase, it is the claimant’s responsibility to request such materials.
- This promotion is based on available stock only. No backorders will be accepted.
- To claim a cashback, the Eligible Claimant must visit https://rinnaipromotions.com.au/installercashback/, follow the prompts to the online claim form , complete the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, phone, email, address, state, ABN, Installer license number (ARC license), date of the purchase, Participating Store purchased from, receipt number, model number, serial number, number of products purchased and upload proof of purchase (i.e. tax invoice/receipt with zero amount outstanding)) and submit the fully completed claim form before 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/25.
- Every Eligible Claimant that submits a valid claim form will receive a digital VISA card, valued between $50 and $250 depending on the Eligible Product purchased, as outlined below. See Annexure A for a list of Eligible Products.
- Multiple cashback claims are permitted. However, the value of the digital VISA card for each claim will correspond with the number of products in the relevant Qualifying Purchase.
- Successful claimants will receive the digital VISA card by email to the email address provided in the completed claim form.
- All claims and supporting material must be received by the Promoter before 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2025.
- The Eligible Claimant must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all claims submitted as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for any claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an claims submitted by the Eligible Claimant. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Eligible Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period prior to the cashback claim. The digital VISA cards will only be awarded following all validation and verification by the Promoter is complete. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the required information. The Promoter will review all claims submitted within three (3) business days from the date of submission.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of submitted claims and Eligible Claimants (including an identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the said claimant.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The digital VISA card is issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and other terms and conditions may apply. In order to activate a digital VISA card, you must: a) Have a mobile device which supports Apple Pay or Google Pay; b) Be in Australia with location services enabled on your mobile device; c) Download the True Rewards App, create a membership and accept the terms and conditions of the True Rewards App; and d) Agree to any applicable terms of use, privacy policy and/or any other terms of Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Digital VISA cards are valid for the period advertised on the digital VISA card and in the email containing the digital VISA card, and will expire on the date indicated on the face of the digital VISA card as shown in the True Rewards App.
- After the digital VISA card has expired it is no longer valid, and all transactions will be declined. The claimant will have no right to receive a refund of any unused value remaining and that unused value will become True Rewards’ property immediately following the expiry date unless True Rewards elects otherwise.

- In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the reward, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
- The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in any claim value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) taking of a reward.
- The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. A claim is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.rinnai.com.au/support-resources/privacy-statement/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
